  • Your return request has been approved and the returned item has passed inspection

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from the item ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Refund Without Return

Returned Items Refunds

If a return has been approved under our Returns Policy, your refund will be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.

The item must meet all return eligibility requirements outlined in our Returns Policy.

Processing Time

Once a refund has been approved, it will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after the expected processing period:

  2. Contact your bank or card issuer, as processing times may vary.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they have been processed or dispatched.

If a cancellation request is approved, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled and must follow the applicable return process.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will generally not be issued in the following situations:

  • The customer changes their mind after the return period has expired
  • The item has been used, damaged, or altered by the customer
  • Incorrect shipping information was provided by the customer
  • Delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including customs inspections, severe weather, carrier disruptions, or other unforeseen events
